Iako nema tice do prasice, meni je riba nekako dra\u017ea pa ne \u010dudi \u0161to mi je nekako najvi\u0161e sjela &#8220;\u010dorba od morskih plodova&#8221;. Prije nego puritanci sko\u010de na &#8220;\u010dorbu&#8221; tako je preveo Google Translate, a ako mene la\u017ee Google i ja la\u017eem vas! \ud83d\ude42 U originalu se stvar zove &#8220;Seafood chowder [sifud \u010dauder]&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Od kad smo ovdje probali smo ih na nekoliko mjesta, ali meni je i dalje najdra\u017ei onaj iz Howtha, iz jednog puba kojeg ako uguglate kazat \u0107e vam se kako je to &#8220;dobro \u010duvana lokalna tajna&#8221;. Negdje obavezno idu dagnje, negdje idu rakovi i repovi od \u0161kampi, a negdje samo \u010dista riba. Sa zapadne strane oko Galwaya zovu ga &#8220;Atlantski seafood chowder&#8221; i \u010dini se dodaju i sok od paradajza  po\u0161to im malo baca na crvenkasto. <\/p>\n<p>Nama se ba\u0161 ba\u0161 svidio pa smo ga odlu\u010dili raditi ku\u0107i, a kad ga ve\u0107 radimo \u010desto ku\u0107i, evo da i vama otkrijemo tajnu. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; 500gr tri razli\u010dite vrste ribe, obavezno malo lososa, i ovdje idu  dvije vrste bakalara od kojih je jedan dimljeni (haddock i cod). Riba mora biti o\u010di\u0161\u0107ena od kosti i narezana na kockice<br \/>\n   (Ako nema dimljene ribe, mo\u017ee i\u0107i par komadi\u0107a dimljene slanine, u nekim receptima \u010dak ide i obavezno)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 srednji luk, mo\u017ee i stru\u010dak mladog luka, a mo\u017ee i poriluk narezan za dinstanje<br \/>\n&#8211; 2-3 srednje mrkve narezana na male kockice<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 srednje velika krumpira narezana na male kockice<br \/>\n&#8211; 1dcl bijelog vina za kuhara i jo\u0161 otprilike toliko za u \u010dorbu<br \/>\n&#8211; Per\u0161in<br \/>\n&#8211; Vrhnje za kuhanje<br \/>\n&#8211; Voda ili temeljac od povr\u0107a<br \/>\n&#8211; Sol<br \/>\n&#8211; Papar<br \/>\n&#8211; Maslac<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\"
